Now that the world is locked in their houses, some houses are nicer than others, we have limited options in what we can do to entertain ourselves. Most of us don't have pool, or gyms, or game rooms so we are reduced to sleeping, showering, doing silly at home workouts (year right), eating snacks (Hell yes) or watching TV...so much tv, as we gaze out the window waiting for our packages because we don't want to leave the house, dreaming of better times when we were allowed out. Unless we are the assholes who walk the streets and spread this virus.
Arizona Sky is the topless model in this shoot, I don't know much about her, but this is her INSTAGRAM .
I like her approach to self quarantine, you know rocking out in the bathroom doing photoshoots topless.
Her caption to these pics was:
So a little message about fitness from my heart to yours♥️ It’s been a rough go at it the last two weeks..
I hadn’t gone to the gym during my trip to not risk getting sick.. and then I got sick anyways and have been in quarantine for a week since I’ve been back and have only had energy to take care of myself and not even do workouts at home.
Now if you’re someone like me, who has worked very hard on yourself and fights to keep your body in a constant upward state of growth and progress; feeling like you’re off your feet and having to put everything on hold can be very discouraging and frustrating.
I am having to be gentle with my emotions and body and continue to remind myself that this isn’t a permanent state or permanent set back..
Your progress, gains, motivation, goals, and drive won’t disappear because of a temporary block in the road. It’s not easy to feel like your routine has been completely disrupted or feel like your goals are being slowed down and set back. But such is the grand lesson of life. Shits unexpected. Road blocks pop up. Your body takes a hit.
I am currently in a process of doing two things.
1) being patient with where I’m at and not dwelling on the time I feel that is being lost, and instead looking at it as a period of rest so that I can reconnect on a deeper level to my goals and come back even stronger when my body is healed.
And 2) looking at this as a time to develop and strengthen my adaptability. Shit sucks rn because I haven’t been able to train at all. But once I’ve kicked this, It’s an opportunity to practice and try out new skills and a new way of training my body.
Be gentle with the changes your body is going through during this time, be patient with the frustration you feel, and above all else use this time to CHALLENGE yourself in new ways!
To try new things, to see how you can push your body and mind in new ways When your mind is anchored in a solution focused mind set, your goals get crushed even when road blocks pop up and try to hinder your progress I believe in me, and I believe in you! Be safe, stay strong and love yourself 💕
That was a lot of words I ignored to introduce us to the topless shoot she posted. I just want to know the deal with the picket fence picture. WHY Is it in the set?
I mean, this influencer thing is nuts. We're here for the nudes and she wants us there for the news but then she bait us with the nudes to write us a diary entry. I'm sure you have lots to say, who doesn't, especially now but best selling children's books have less words than that, let's not use butt shots to talk self care, advice, motivational speech, it gets in the way of the NUDES!!
