Back in my day we came up with porn names by pairing our favorite drink with street that we grew up on. That is how I ended up with the name Dr. Pepper Erectpenis.

Okay, so maybe I wasn’t completely truthful there. My favorite drink is not actually Dr. Pepper, I just liked the idea of my alter ego having a doctoral degree. I knew that my only shot to have one would be as a porn star so I took it.

But the point is that we left a sense of mystique in regards to what the viewers were getting. With Sally, however, they know exactly how the story is going to end before they even see it. It is like seeing a preview to Titanic that includes the part about the ship sinking. These types of things are called spoilers, and they used to not be tolerated in this country. I don’t know what is happening anymore, but I blame bad parenting.
