Dascha Polanco Nips On Display On The VMA’s Red Carpet

I love seeing antique items, which would otherwise be destroyed or forgotten about, be put to use in other unconventional means. Dascha Polanco, for instance, decided to take an antique lace tablecloth and turn it into a dress. I would have never thought to do something like, although that is primarily because I have no need for a dress. A pair of antique lace boxers might be nice though. They’d look sexy while also letting my boys breathe.

I once refitted an old scarf into three smaller scarves. They were no longer long enough to actually be worn which was a shame, but not being one to let anything go to waste, I started using them as hammocks for my dolls—I mean action figures! I meant action figures, I swear. It is not like dolls are given Kung Fu grip, after all.

I wonder what else Dascha does in her free time? Maybe she could start a blog where she details these things. She could call it Dascha Does… and she could document her hobbies. If she cooks she could call it Dascha Does Cupcakes. If she travels she could call it Dascha Does Dallas, or whatever the name of the city is.
