Juana Burga in Nothing But Heels!

Juana Burga is a Peruvian model, they say the only Peruvian model to walk New York, London, Milan and Paris fashion weeks, some Guinness Book of World Records level of being the most successful Peruvian model of all time. The Machu Picchu of modelling.

She's also an activist, where as the Ambasssador of Perus she works on protecting artisans who produce sustainable fibers exported to the world. She's a supporter of the Ocean and is trying to find ways to reduce plastics in the oceans, which in the even you didn't know stem from the manufacturers, not a household abstaining from using plastic straws.

She's based in NYC, despite being so involved and hyped on Peru, but I basically just read her WIKIPEDIA and it could be wrong. I'd just hope if you're all about Peru, living there full time would be a viable option, but I guess NYC and that American Dream is better.
