I've been hearing a lot of climate activists the last few weeks talking about how the world is basically going to end thanks to consumerism.
Basically, things like buying produce grown in China is shockingly not very good for the world. You know putting that garlic on a container ship so that some dude in Florida can spice up his Italian pasta sauce he got out of a can.
I saw Sir David Attenborough on 60 Minutes last night, where at 94 he was basically saying it's too far gone. He's promoting a new Netflix movie, got more followers on IG than Jennifer Aniston did when they pushed that story, because as you know these celebrities, even 94 year olds, know how to shock and awe.
However, he did say that with this whole COVID thing, people are starting to reconnect with the natural world. They are realizing that they aren't spectators but that the natural world is what gives us food, water and air and that without it we are nothing.
I don't think those people are re-connecting with nature quite as well as LeiLei De Lemon, because she is naked in the wilderness and most people reconnect with nature clothed, despite clothing being one of the very things that has killed the environment due to consumerism.
What I am saying is, everyone, get naked, for the good of our world. We only have one and it's filled with wonderful wonderments...
