Victoria Justice is out here making jokes, you know keeping things summer and light, because it is summer and things should be light. She's busted out her ironing board in whatever city she currently is, to do a little bikini surf on the balcony overlooking the city skyline.

It was a good effort, when you need a bikini pic and you have limited options because you're not at the ocean, make it work. This is why she's a professional.

My personal favorite is her paddling out pic, you know clearly not a kook, but a seasoned veteran, at least in the expertise of wearing a bikini.
