Chrissy Teigen Gets Her Top Surgery!

Chrissy Teigen is not one to shy away from the truth and she appears to be pretty honest with her fans on her social channels. She’s been open about having her “top surgery” done, having her old implants removed and letting her natural tiddies out. I find this hard to believe considering she just posted this post-op photo that shows her boobs bigger than ever? Do we think she really had them removed, or did she get a new set put in?
