I am honestly surprised this sort of thing does not happen more often. Although dresses have been replaced by pants like last year’s Christmas toy, they are still around quite a bit. And wind is all over the place, it doesn’t matter where you are. That is why I am surprised that when walking down a city street I do not see more dresses being swept up by a gust of wind.

Maybe these ladies are more attentive than I have previously given them credit for, and they are constantly on their guard against the invisible foe. All it takes is a simple hand movement to keep a gal from em-bare-ass-ment, but you have to be quick to beat the wind.

This would also explain why women are so prone to purse snatchings. I always thought it was because of their weak upper body strength, but I imagine if I was constantly afraid of my dick popping out of my zipper then my back pocket would be easy pickin’s for a thief. I do not have the mental capacity to keep my mind on two things at once, so it is hard for me to believe that anyone else does.
