Alexandra Daddario is known for being one of the hotter bodied celebrities out there. After True Detective and all the nude scenes that were pretty life changing for us, the audience, but really life changing for her, because it put her on the map and allowed her to do all kinds of other acting gigs, including the very popular, critically acclaimed Mike White joint called White Lotus.

The plot of White Lotus for those who don't know is a story where she wears bikinis with Sydney Sweeney, which is what I got out of watching it. A battle of the boobs, young celebrity versus in her 30s celebrity!

Well, in what I would call an insane, but appreciated marketing decision, AERIE brand of lingerie, which is American Eagle Outfitters lingerie division, so we're dealing with a huge publicly traded organization, with all the budgets and marketing experts around, made a move in 2014 to tap into the untapped market of body positivity.

They spotted the trend that women wanted to see women who looked like them in ads and e-commerce pictures, instead of the traditional lingerie model. To go even further, Aerie decided to not do any retouching on the models, to make it about as real as you can, which is oftentimes counter-intuitive to making hot lingerie content to promote your brand.

In this recent spot, that I am sure they paid upwards of a million dollars to make happen, the body positivity panderers decided to hire one of the hottest, unrealistic bodies around, because boobs that big don't organically end up on many girls who are as thin, or fit as Alexandra Daddario. Meaning, her body positivity, or this inclusivity is based strictly on her being in her 30s, or her being busty on a small frame, which goes against the 400 pound women they pretended to care about when pandering to that market.

It may be a good sign, that the most Body Positive brand around has said, screw it, let's use a babe, so maybe, just maybe, brands will start using hotties again, I mean if Aerie can do it, ANYONE can do it.

I'm talking to you Victoria's Secret. Bring Back the Angels. The people NEED it!
