Aubrey Plaza becoming a sex symbol is unexpected surprise, but a pleasant one.
She was always sexy, except it was always in the same way as that weird girl from high school who wore all black and seemed like she would stab you with a spork if you talked to her. Everyone knew she was packing a fine pair of boobs underneath her Marylin Manson hoodie, but few were interested enough to do anything about it. And in a way, Aubrey is like that girl.
I have often wished I could find a woman with a dark sense of humor who was also attractive. Usually the attractive ones have too sunny of a sense of humor to think anything morbid is funny, and the women that do like morbid jokes are usually only that way because they are so ugly. That kind of personality is usually only forged by the cold reception of a society that wants nothing to do with you. So how Aubrey was able to retain both traits is both confusing and pleasing. And it is this anomalous quality that draws me to her like a magnet.
