Chiara Bianchino Black and White Nude Outside

 I know I am not a lawyer, but I feel like Chiara Bianchino is treading into some dangerous territory with this photo shoot. I am pretty sure that those poses she is striking are registered trademarks of the late Michael Jackson. I am not sure how it works now that he is dead, maybe his estate will come after her, but I think she will have to pay some hefty royalties. 

How sweet a deal must it be to be paid royalties? Not be forced to do another thing for the rest of your life, but still receive a fat check for what you have already done. Some people have made hundreds of millions of dollars off of royalties alone. I wonder how I could get in on that type of cash? It seems like it would be as simple as making a show as good as Seinfeld. How hard could that be, right? I point out something weird about a girl that I am seeing and then spend the rest of the episode trying to work past it. Like with Chiara I would have a problem with the fact that she is only in black and white, because I need a girl who exists in the full color spectrum. See, it's that easy.
