Hilary Swank just gave birth to her set of twins which prompted her to share a little throwback from her geriatric pregnancy with a set of nude photos. The actress had photographer Brian Bowen Smith snap the photos of her while totally nude, at 27 1/2 weeks pregnant with her twins. See the pics in the gallery below!
