Her name is Philou, so I'm going to assume she's from France, probably based in France, because names like Philou aren't quite as common in these parts. If anything it's hard to not laugh and smile at the name Philou, because clearly it should be the name of a character in a kid's TV show and not an amazingly hot model like this Philou.

As it turns out, when you're a hot model like this Philou, you can be named anything you want, because you know if she was 300 pounds and named Philou, people would make endless jokes, proving yet again that life isn't fair to the plus sized girls, they need to have normal names while hot girls can have crazy names and not face any scrutiny. Life is so unfair because the good looking get preferential treatment - AS THEY SHOULD!!
