Watch Adriana Abenia Realize Her Boob Fell Out On The Red Carpet

 I am surprised by the surprise on Adriana Abenia's face. Surely she must have known the odds were fairly high that something of this sort was going to happen that night. A loose fitting dress with a plunge cut laid over boobs is like a defcon 1 situation. A strong gust of wind could part it open and then we would be looking at a double trouble scenario.

I am also surprised at the look of embarrassment that follows her look of surprise. Not only is that boob nothing to be embarrassed about, I have seen worse looking boobs that were crafted by a doctor, but given the context isn't this just par for the course? The very dress that she is wearing does not leave much to the imagination. It is already see-through to the point where I can see through to her underwear. I was under the impression most of the time that women do not wear underwear while wearing a gown due to the unsightly panty lines. I suppose this is one of the few dresses where underwear is required.
