I have not seen a trampoline that size since I was a kid playing in the basement of my friend’s house. His mother was a jazzercise instructor, which I still do not have a full understanding of, and I think that was worked into the exercise routine.
I always thought that working a trampoline into a workout was an odd move, because doesn’t a trampoline make it easier to move around? If one is trying to get into shape should they not be working harder in order to burn more calories? If I was going to climb to the top of a mountain with the desired result of building some muscle then it is going to be counter-productive to use an ATV in order to get the job done.
I would not be surprised if mini trampolines were the only kind that could be kept at households nowadays. Even when I was growing up the insurance companies were cracking down on them. For all the danger that they posed I never witnessed or heard of anyone actually becoming seriously injured from using one. Looking back it feels like just another thing they tried to use scare tactics with, like condoms and heroin.
