When a show has as much sex and nudity in it as Sense8, I am forced to wonder how they manage to fit it all in.

Do the producers give them a quota they have to meet, saying we want X amount of T and A in the script, and then it is the writer’s job to make it happen? Or maybe putting all of the sex and nudity in there is the easy part, and the producers have to give them a maximum limit, saying they cannot put too much in.

I would understand the reasoning behind that last part. If one is trying to be a respectable producer then they wouldn’t want their show to accidentally become a skin flick. I am not sure what the ratio is, but it is important to not have sex outweigh the plot. That would be a good way to find yourself making cheap videos in hotel rooms with broke college girls, which is not really seen as the prestigious job that most should consider it to be. Convincing young women to meet strangers and have sexual relations in an unknown place requires an extraordinary amount of persuasive skills.
