I know what you're thinking and yes, we have already seen these exact Britney Spears nudes before, but the people running the Britney Spears instagram account are clearly struggling to find "new" things to post, since the pop icon is either dead or being held hostage somewhere, I imagine in a hospital bed just rotting away as her team continues to pretend like she still exists and makes money off her.

I guess the people running the Britney Spears account decided it was time to show off her naked body again, if that's even her, or maybe it really is a body double like the rumors claim.
